A 24 year female patient came to our clinic with the desire of having the tooth jewelry in her upper front tooth. After thorough examination, the upper left lateral incisor was chosen to place a small round tooth gem having a diamond like appearance. Upper left lateral incisor was more prominent than the right one due to its position. So, the tooth gem was securely bonded to the tooth with adhesive. Patient was happy and smiling.
Dental Implants
Patient reported to our clinic with the missing teeth on the lower right back region of the jaw. Tooth number 45, 46 and 47 were missing. It was decided to place the implant followed by bone grafting. Adin Dental implants were done and adbone TCP synthetic bone graft was done.
Dental Implant
A 33 year old male patient reported to our clinic with a chief complaint of grossly decayed upper left second premolar. After careful clinical examination, it was decided to extract the tooth and immediately place the implant. i-Fix Dental implant was done and bone grafting was done. Patient has been called after 3 months for the crown.
Restorations in a child patient
A 2 year old girl child came to our clinic with decayed upper front teeth. Managing the kid was challenging in this case and GIC restoration was done on 51, 52, 61 and 62. The initial cavitated lesion represented baby bottle tooth decay. Teeth were restored with type 9 GIC.
Prosthetic rehabilitation of Dental Implant case
Patient came for prosthetic rehabilitation of dental implants. Implants were done in 46 and 47 regions three months back. Second stage surgery was done and a healing collar was placed. 2 weeks later, an open tray impression was made and sent to the lab. Jig trail was verified and finally screw retained prosthesis was secured in the position and finally occlusion was checked and high points were removed. Patient was happy to receive a prosthesis.
Routine Dentistry on Tuesday
Routine case of Filling and crown was being done. Various fillings such as GIC and composite are used. Here in this case we have used composite filling and impression made for fabrication of PFM crown. Bite registration was done and Shade recorded for the crown.
Hectic Monday extractions
This Monday, atraumatic extractions were done on the 4 patients. The most important aspect in the extraction is that the patient should not feel any pain. Irrespective of the technique used in extracting the tooth, if the patient is happy then the treatment is considered as successful.
Prosthetic Rehab of Implant case
Patient has come for the crown after implants. Tray selection was done and the tray was modified for taking an open tray impression. RCT in anxious patient
A 45 year female patient came to our department with the chief complaint of pain in lower right back tooth. RCT was planned on 46. But the major challenge was to manage the anxiety of the patient. The patient was very scared of the treatment and visited many dentists. Dr. Dilmohit Singh at the clinic Texla Dental Hospital managed the case successfully. Patient was joyful after the treatment.
Extractions in Pediatric patient
A 7 year old girl patient came to our clinic. After a thorough careful clinical examination it was decided to extract over-retained deciduous teeth. 52, 54 and 62 milk teeth were extracted and behavior management techniques were applied and more than a patient, parents were happy as they didn’t expect their kid to be so calm during the treatment.

34 years old patient came to Dr. Dilmohit Singh for pain in grossly carious tooth. Extraction and immediate implant placement were planned on 15. i-Fix Dental implant was done followed by adbone TCP bone graft and resorbable collagen membrane.
Removal of Arch wire in Patient
Patient reported to our clinic after an accident 3 months back. After thorough clinical examination ORIF was done with miniplates. Again now she visited the clinic. A 34 years old female patient reported to Dr. Dilmohit Singh with midline diastema. Intentional RCT with crown lengthening procedure along with Frenectomy was advised due to low frenal attachment. Zirconia crowns were placed. Patient was amazed with the results.

A 6 years old male patient came to the clinic after a recent extraction of 74. Space maintainer was advised. Band and loop space maintainer was cemented in the place.
Smile makeover
A 21 years old female patient reported to our clinic with the chief complaint of missing upper front teeth. 12,11,21 and 22 were missing. After complete oral examination, RCT of 13, 14 and 23, 24 was advised followed by 6-unit FPD or bridge. Patient smiled with confidence after the treatment as she had got back her original smile.
4 implants in the mandible
A 34 years old NRI male patient came to our department after he had his lower posteriors removed from Canada after bilateral severe space infection and Ludwig’s Angina. Dr. Dilmohit Singh planned implants for him at the region of 35,36 and 45,46. Adin implants were placed and the patient was happy.

A 7 years old girl child came to Dr. Dilmohit Singh with the chief complaint of pain in lower left back milk teeth. Pulpectomy/RCT was advised for 74 and 75. Stainless steel crowns were placed and the patient was really cooperative throughout the treatment.

An underprivileged patient came to our department with severe pain in several teeth. Extractions were performed free of cost as the patient was unable to afford the treatment. Relatives of the patient showered their blessings on us.
Exploratory visit for 3-year-old child
Mother of a 3 year old child called us for an appointment. Our receptionist gave the appointment for an exploratory visit. Checkup of a child was done and he got acquainted with the clinic environment. The importance of exploratory visit in kids cannot be undermined. It helps to alleviate the anxiety in the kids.

A 26 years old male patient came to Dr Dilmohit Singh for whitening of his teeth. Thorough scaling and polishing of the teeth were performed. Teeth whitening was done using Professional bleach. Patient got really excited with the results.
